I tried your link at the bottom, and whaddya know, just like every
single such link I've ever tried, it doesn't work.  Server timeout.
What's wrong, too many hits from all the annoyed LJ users?

You see, I have always very carefully checked any and all boxes
indicating that I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE *ANY* PROMOTIONAL EMAILS
FROM LIVEJOURNAL.  But I see that you have chosen to ignore this
information, or have failed to "update your database" properly, as I'm
sure the excuse would go.

Remove me immediately from your spam mailing list, and here's a
great big

    **** SPANK ****

for misusing my personal information in the first place.
